Returns Policy for Crystanium Gongs

Crystanium® Gongs Return Policy

All sales are final on custom gong orders.
Crystanium Gongs accepts returns within 3 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email: crystaniumgongs@gmail.com and include the following information:
-Your name
-The name and size of gong
-The date of purchase
-The purchase price, please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt
-The reason for requesting a return
If the gong arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.
Please return it in the original packaging if possible.
Your refund will be processed when the return has been received, as long as it is in good shape. We will refund your purchase price, less 5% fee, which covers all the credit card  Shopify or PayPal fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

On a return because you do not like an item, versus a mistake on our part, Crystanium Gongs does not pay return shipping costs, nor do we refund your initial shipping cost that was from us to you.

However, if your return is due to our mess-up, or quality problem, then we would pay shipping costs back to our main office.

If any item was damaged in shipping, contact us immediately, as that is a different issue and involves us reaching out and making claim with the shipping company.
